Beckmans College of Design Graduation exhibition 2018

This year’s graduation projects in Product Design, Fashion and Visual Communication are exhibited May 17-22.

“Fashion ending up in Vogue Magazine, furniture applauded during the Design Week in Milan and new entrances to marine research in collaboration with the Beijer Institute. The students at Beckmans College of Design create both fantastic contexts and innovative design. The fact that our BA programs are founded on an artistic basis – and attach great importance to the experimental and the playful, and of course, includes theory – is undoubtedly a successful concept. Now the graduates exhibit their degree projects. Welcome to take part of design, function and perhaps even provocation in this year’s graduation exhibition,” says Vice Chancellor Karina Ericsson Wärn.

Curator for the exhibition is Marcia Harvey Isaksson, Interior Architect, Exhibition Designer and Gallerist.

“This year, curatorial work has been about finding connections between graduate projects and highlighting common themes and motives in a clearer way,” says Marcia Harvey Isaksson.
