Beck to Gröna Lund this summer

He is the multi-talent from Los Angeles, who hit through big in 1994 with the world hit “Loser”. Since then he has taking home five Grammy Awards and released 13 albums, of which the latest “Colors” came as late as October. He has played at Gröna Lund once before (2001) and June 11th at 20.00, after 17 years, stands Beck on the Great Stage again for his only Swedish gig.

Beck has many strings on his lyra. Not only does he play many different instruments, he is also a singer, artist, songwriter and producer. He received his major international breakthrough with the song “Loser” in 1994 and has won five Grammy Awards, latest 2015 in the categorie best album for the record “Morning Phase”. His thirteenth album “Colors” released this fall was valued 4 out of 5 stars by Rolling Stone Magazine and this summer is a tour awaiting. His only concert in Sweden will take place on June 11th. 20.00 at Gröna Lund’s Great Stage.

– Beck is one of the artists I wanted to have to the Great Stage for a long time and now we finally got together all the threads. I’m really looking forward to welcoming him back to Gröna Lund again after 17 years, said Johan Tidstrand, owner of Gröna Lund.
