Andreas and Giovanni guest appearances on Spirits Museum

The common denominator for these dinners is that they concentrate on what is good, real good. Spirits Museum restaurant has invited two personalities who, in addition to being great cooks and thinkers, both have been on Petter Nilsson’s payroll in Paris. Now they run respective restaurant where their personal presence and care very much contribute to the success.

Andreas Dahlberg January 15
First is Andreas Dahlberg from acclaimed Bastard in Malmö that will cook dinner and to it serves new and exciting wines imported by Byracka Wine, Bastards and Fools own wine imports.

Giovanni Passerini January 29
Giovanni Passerini is one of France‘s most exciting chefs. He comes in order to cook a dinner for eight dishes with a lot of Italian flavors both on the plates and in the glasses.
