Alternatively Christmas dinner with southern French food and boules

By on November 1, 2016

2016 Christmas dinner at Boulebar is a different and more French experience. Where the wort has been substituted with baguette, herring against the oyster and mulled the champagne.

Christmas at Boulebar is an alternative to the usual Swedish Christmas buffet. A southern French experience consisting of a Christmas-inspired family style dinner, in combination with nervy boulegame.

Fransos are better able to splurge it on Christmas and the French Christmas dinner always consists of the best ingredients such as duck, seafood and champagne. Traditions I in close cooperation with the Boule Bars chef created this year around Christmas menu, says Boule Bar food inspirer Johan Ahlstedt, with a background from star restaurants in France, Denmark and New York.

The dinner is by far the most important Christmas tradition in France. Then the whole family and all the friends gather and socialize around many different dishes to share. Dishes that unlike the Swedish smorgasbord is served directly on the table.

Boulebar is located in Stockholm Gothenburg and Malmo and arranges Christmas dinner, Christmas parties or Christmas lunches for up to 300 people. The dinner menu is also available as a vegetarian option.
