Alma is the last puzzle piece to Queens Of Pop

By on May 3, 2018

Now the bag is tied together for the first edition of the one-day festival QUEENS OF POP.

ALMA is the singer and songwriter who enthralled the whole world with her music and has reached 200 million streams on Spotify. Now the cruel artist set-up for the one-day festival Queens of Pop is complete.

In recent years, the Nordic pop miracles have replaced each other – but of these, Alma is the one who stands out the most! With her neongreen hair and her soulful voice, she has enthralled both Finland, Sweden and the rest of the world. All her music she writes herself, which is not only impressive, but also noticed in the genuinely honest texts. With her songs along with Tove Styrke, Charlie XCX and MØ, as well as the solo songs “Dye My Hair” and “Chasing Highs”, she has reached nearly 200 million streams on Spotify. As a kid, she got her parents to cry when she sang – but we hope it only will be euphoria when she’s on the stage on Queens of Pop this summer.

The festival’s lineup is no less than Zara Larsson, Icona Pop, Molly Sandén, Anna Ternheim, Alma, Sarah Klang, Janice, Rhys, Julia Adams and Lova. The festival will visit Sofiero Castle in Helsingborg July 27 and the Botanic Garden in Uppsala August 3rd.

– We are so proud and happy to present such a strong lineup. These are our 10 Queens to enchant the Queens of Pop this summer, says Malin Törnquist from Paraply production.
