Alcazar participates in the National Day’s gallop 6 June

On June 6, the National Day’s gallop will be held at Gärdet in Stockholm, for the sixth year in the scheme. Here, visitors experience thrilling gallop, pony riding, hat parade, exclusive performances and a host of other activities – totally free! The area opens at 11.30 and closes at 16:30. This year, Alcazar stands on the stage and, in addition to a live performance, they also auction a horse, where the money goes on to the Rainbow Fund.

Since 2013, the Swedish Galopp has organized the National day’s galop at Gärdet and with its 50,000 visitors, the event has become a very popular tradition. There is free entrance for all visitors, the dining opens at. 11.30 and it is offered activities for the whole family like hat parad, pony rides and artist performances. Of course, the day is filled with exciting galopped races with both fast full blood and cute ponies.

This year, among others, Alcazar is on stage where they perform live, and they have Lady Godiva, the horse who participated in the show “Disco Defenders”, which will be auctioned during the day. The money is donated to the Rainbow Fund, whose vision is to create a better world in which all people have the same fundamental rights regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.

The auction will start on May 30th and you will participate by sending your full name and telephone number to: Note that no names will be published on those who bid, but the highest bidder on June 5th. 18.00 get two tickets to the VIP tent for invited guests on June 6th. Winning advance bid announced during the evening of June 5th.

The actual final of the auction will take place at the big stage on June 6th at about 15.10 where the highest price bid starts the auction. Winning bidders on-site are invited on stage for photoshooting with Alcazar & Lady Godiva.

Please note that the auction must be paid on site with Swish. Delivery by Lady Godiva is included in Storstockholm by agreement.
